RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY - KEY POINTS
- You have 14 days from receiving your package to return or exchange items.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any additional fees.
- Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.
- Gift cards and health/personal care items are exempt from refunds.

RETURNS
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 14 days of you receiving your package. If 14 days have passed, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:
- Not Damaged, Not Worn: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and free from any damage or signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
-Products must be mailed for return within 14 days of receiving the package. Means if you receive the package on 1st, you have to return it by the 14th, latest.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exempt Goods:
The following are exempt from refunds:
- Gift cards
- health and personal care items
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via the contact option.
EXCHANGE
Similar to refunds, you have 14 days to exchange any purchase with us. To send something back for an exchange, please contact us with your Name and Order Number.
There is no processing fee for an exchange.
All costs associated with returning products, including return shipping fees and any additional costs, are your responsibility. If your products are post-stamped outside the 14 days return window, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
By placing an order on this website, you are agreeing to the terms and refund policy.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team via the contact option or support@vedapace.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
2. Our customer service team will provide you with the specific return address for your item, which may be one of our suppliers' addresses.
3. Pack the items securely, including the RA number, and ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team.
4. Clearly mark the package with the RA number to ensure proper identification.
5. Once the return is received by our supplier, they will process it accordingly.
Please note:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Vedapace is NOT responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
- Some products may be subject to return restrictions; please contact our customer service for more information.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Vedapace reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges if your returns do not meet our criterias. This is done to prevent any abuse of our returns system.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Rejected returns will be sent back to you at your cost or discarded if you do not claim within 7 days after our notification. Unmarked or unregistered parcels will be held for maximum of 14 days before being discarded.
